As I read this, it's a one-shot deal. If it was to happen more than that the wording should be the HC goes down by 1 FOR EACH tire, not IF ANY ONE. Then again,

Plasticore tires.
I have a question about "Plasticore" tires from the Rules Compendium page 54. It states that if any ONE tire of a vehicle w/ Plasticore tires looses 4 DP's
