I don't know about "that much" - the new rules haven't been released
yet (see my other post) - but they have definitely changed. The
goal is apparently to speed things up and eliminate a lot of the
accumulated crap. Besides, even if they "just" changed game play,
the design rules would have to reflect that in order to retain game
balance.
