What are favorable winds? Are they introduced in shadow of death?
This is the first I have heard of this proble. Perhaps you may need SoD to play them. I have Platinum so I never thought about it.
Any Penguin, Pol will help you through the problem...:-)

Hi!
I just downloaded some campaigns, including some of the tarnum ones,
and they won't work. I get error messages that the game can't find
resources. For example it crashes if you finish master of the elements
map 1, and it can't start the wasteland one. Which expansions do you
need to play these? I have RoE and AB. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hello everyone, Pol and I have added some more photos from Heroes Chronicles to the site. If you have never experienced this part of HoMM3, they are worth checking out in the Photos section. Steve and Pol

Hello everyone,
Just below the description and messages is a link to Yunings (The
Moderator here)Power of WoG Translations Group site. This is for WoG,
so far, and if you have WoG and want to be a part of translating maps
of any kind, then this is a group worth joining. The group has just
started, and so more translators, or those who wish to help out
somehow, are welcome. There are already some maps up on the site and
there is expected to be more in the future. Thanks for this group site
Sincos.

What you do, is on the front page you see "Description" Next to that is "Edit" Click the Edit and scroll down where you will see "Colors" Next to that "Edit" Click edit and there you will have the color changes. In this section you can also customize the colors you want.

But, how can I change the colors? It seems that there is no botton or
link to change the color?
Hi Sincos,
As you may or may not of noticed, the site colors have changed. Since
you are the moderator here, you may change the colors to anything you
are comfortable with. Enjoy!

Hello everyone,
The Campaign Archives are growing and so we have hired a new Moderator
to handle the site. He is Heidouyu, and he's an avid HoMM and WoG fan
from China. He is well qualified to handle any problems you may
encounter here so feel free to ask him anything you like. Welcome,
Sincos, and thank you. :-)

Hi Team,
I've uploaded some screenshots and Box pictures of all 4 Heroes
Chronicles games. Thought it would be interesting to see what this game
looked like outside the box. :-)
Steve
Hello All,
I stripped all texts from Heroes Chronicles campaigns with Tarnum -
so, if you are interested and don't want to play them all, you may
read what exactly happen before this word sneaked to the Wake of Gods.
By The Way - texts have standart high quality from 3DO and according
to opinion of many players are far best than the maps itself.
Enjoy ;-)
Pol
Hi team,
We have added the Chronicle Portraits on this Archive to add to your
gaming experience for the campaigns of Heroes Chronicles. There are 4
portraits and 2 screenshots. You can extract the Heroes Portraits to:
C/Program files/3DO/Heroes3/data in order for them to work. Or wherever
you have the heroes3/data folder.
The screenshots are an added bonus for you to look at. AFAIK they do
not work in the data folder. Enjoy!
Steve
If you have the original Portraits, could you put them up on the Campaign Archive site so that everyone could have the choice of using them or not? I would appreciate it. :-)

Hi All, the campaingns looking to be a little altered originals, at least text and maps are very possibly the same. Tarnum is without his face, but if someone want I own his four faces (however they must be converted before). So this is stripped version of campaigns. And, therefore originals.

Hello team,
Pol has set the order of the Tarnum Chronicles. There is some debate on
the forums lately whether these campaigns are user made or from the
original Chronicle games. I, myself, do not know for sure either.
Perhaps someone here may enlighten us.

Hi Everyone,
Seems I forgot to add one of the 8 Tarnum campaigns "Clash of the
Dragons" on this site. Well, that has changed as all 8 are here now. I
moved the WoG-Warriors of the Wasteland to Campaign Archive 2.
Steve
Hello,
This email message is a notification to let you know that
a file has been uploaded to the Files area of the campaignarchive
group.
File : /Clash of the Dragons.h3c
Uploaded by : lightmage55 <lightmage55@...>
Description : When the good Dragons disappear, Tarnum is drawn into an epic
battle with Mutare, the Dragon Queen. His greatest struggle, however, will be
learning to be human again.

We talked about it and now it's a reality. Campaign II is now
official. You can get to it by clicking the "Here" button or you can
go to the Links page and find the link for it there. You'll find SoD
campaigns, if you play with WoG, as well as some new campaigns that
should have been campaigns and came as single maps (Example: Legacy of
Qun Jin}, along with regular campaigns. A few more of these single
released map campaigns will be made as time goes on. We expect new
campaigns in the not so distant future, so it seemed like the thing to
do-make another campaign archive. Enjoy!
Steve
Yes, let this be a beginning of new Campaign Archive 2 ;-)

Hello Everyone.
I have been getting more campaigns and there is no room here for them.
What do you think? Should another Campaign Archive be started?
Steve
Hello everybody,
I just uploaded a never before played campaign called "Unholy War"
sent in by a group member from the WoG Map Archives. It's huge. So
enjoy.
Steve
Hello everybody. Just thought I would let you know that if you want
some new portraits, I've uploaded a bunch over on Map Archive VI. I've
separated them into groups. One for each town type and the hero
classes that dwell in those towns. Some are very original and true to
the fantasy theme. I tried matching the story and the special
abilities to the pcx. Some pre-made pcx's I liked, but others were
just plain bad. I never thought I would find a better Sandro than what
H3 came up with, but I think I did, for example. And the Stronghold
pcx's are very good in my mind. Take a look at them, sort through what
you want. Re-name them if you like. Or, just forget I even posted
this. :-)
Steve
Hello everyone.
We've done it! We've reached the 100 mark! I could've put more
campaigns up, but some were too large for Yahoo and also, we're
running out of space. :-). Personally, I have never seen a place that
had more than 50 campaigns. But 100? And to celebrate, I have included
a campaign which has never been released before. It's called "Price of
Loyalty" and it's by Darkloke, a member of the WoG team. He has kept
this map on a file for years, forgot about it and sent it to me to
release on this site. It would be highly appreciated that the map
never be released, because it is his map and I think he should get the
credit for it. Please download it, play it, and send your comment
here. If any thing needs fixing, we'll fix it. ANd if all of us think
it's ready for release, we'll send it to various Heroes' sites with
Darklokes' name attached to the map. I would expect the same
courtesy. :-)

Avatar is Czech, is very good, but as everything, translating parts of
him may be for any of you vitaly important - especially on 2nd map -
place with Mushroom. They are protected by Mushroom's God, so don't
eat the mushrooms and don't walk here!
