Hmmm, would'nt it simply be possible to use the campaign editor (standard or
wog) to export the maps, then use the map editor (again standard or wog),
export the texts, then use notepad to translate these texts, then use the map
editor again to import the texts, then the campaign edito to refresh the
maps?

Or are these campaigns in some very special format?
