Hail, Greetings and Felicitations!

This is a mailing list for members of the Oxford Brookes Student Union WARP (Wargames and Roleplay) Society. It is to be used for organising games and issuing announcements.

Roleplay is in interactive form of story-telling. The players assume characters with personalities, motivations and histories which respond to challenging scenarios controlled by a Game Master.

Wargames are simulated military operations whereby the players use resources and tactics to outwit the opposition.

Members are accepted from the student and non-student community.

This society meets at Morals Bar on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 7:30 till 10:30 during term time. Monday is our more social and informal evening where we play various boardgames and card games, so it's the best night to join us to learn about what we do.
