I dont really know much about this rule and what counts to the 3 limit

I know RCE/CCE adds +2 to damage, objects add +1/2, perplex adds +1,
SHIELD team ability to also add damage.

What counts towards the three limit? In other words whats the most
damage i could with say a shield ranged attack.. or supes with an
object.. im mainly asking because of the glactus game because i have
no idea how to beat him.

I've found that a team with outwit, probability
control, support (healing) and one or two heavy
hitters works well against Galactus.

The outwit strips Galactus' defence power for a round
while the heavy hitters do the damage. (and then heal)

as I believe it works, the most you can add to the
stated value is 3. so if someone has RCE and 2
damage, they could get help from a shield agent to do
5 total damage.

hi guys,
I updated the Swarm Team doc. Added Brit City Judges and Future
Police - Science Police with a Legionnaire. Also added a house rule
for the scenario - Formation Move (lifted from MK) - to allow your
grunts to get up into the action. All figures must share the same name
and formation is three to five units. All they can do is move.

I decided to delete the HorrorClix game for Wed since I didn't get it
listed in time on the Wizkid site. So I updated the calendar too.

Anthony, I don't have 250 to 300 of Hellfire guards but I can bring
what I have.

hi Seth,
I always start mine at 7pm. so that's on alternating (check
schedule) Fridays. and if i run a game occassionally on Wed it
also is at 7pm. That's at Magic Dragon in Arlington. I also start
games at Hobby Bunker at 7pm if i am doing a nite game on a
Thurs. That is also on alt. thurs nites and alt. Sat afternoons.
There is a new judge at Your Move Games so I don't know his
schedule. I imagine if Will knows you're coming we often wait at
Pandemonium for players.

Are there any scenarios in January you'd like to see run? I'm
thinking doing one major free-for-all on the new map that links

one where you bring two teams - one hero and one villian. any other
scenarios you'd like to see? do you like these two? what say you? :-P

ps. if there's a game you really want to play in, let me know what

Hello All,

After going through another semester of college in Boston away from my
clix crew back home its become apparent that I need my clix fix. I
talked with some people last year over at HCRealms (I'm Jawapimp over
there by the way) but I never got around to getting to any games. So,
I just thought I'd introduce myself and state that I'm looking for
some good gaming around these parts. Maybe this year I'll actually get
around to some venues/get some games in. Look forward to hearing from
some local clixers.

Thanks,
Roy

hey Roy,
welcome to Boston. I'm one of the local judges and post my games
here in the calendar section (along obviously on Wizkids). We have a
pretty laid back group of players who play for fun with a lot of themes
seeing play. Boston luckily has about six or so venues that run
events. I run at Hobby Bunker in Malden (accessible by T) and Magic
Dragon in Arlington (bus - or by car but guessing most students are
carless). There are also games at Complete Stategist in Boston,
Pandomnium in Cambridge, and there's a couple of others around as
well. And if you like Conventions William Mui (another judge) and I
will be running events at Arisia in January and Boskone in February.
Hope, to see you sometime at one of our games.

hi Seth,
I think that could be a little restrictive for people who haven't
bought the Sentinel sets. But that would be a great Hero and Villian
teams to bring to the Hero vs. Villian game. Basically how that will
work is that players will need two teams - one with heroes - one with
villians. Player one choses maps and it will be their teams in
play. Player two will pick side and which team either the heroic or
villainous team. :)

Another scenario I thought of last nite - "Body Snatchers".
Starting with round 2, at the beginning of each players turn -
randomly select an un-tokened character. Roll a die, on a result of
one, that character now works for your opponnent. They will get
survival pts for them not KO pts in this instance. They are now under
their command for the rest of the game. :)

Hi guys,
if you use Outlook at work, I just uploaded the files that can be
imported into Outlook. Once you do you can see the games in your
calendar. Simply download the files - hobby_games.csv and
magic_games.csv from the files section of this group. Then launch
Outlook -> go to Calendar -> go to File-Import -> highlight import from
other file (something like that) -> choose Windows csv file as the
format -> select the file you downloaded from here -> wala! this
month's games will be in your personal outlook calendar. I paraphased
the steps (it's pretty simple) if you need specifics feel free to
contact me. :)

Since my last post a few months back, I have still not made it to any
venues thus far. Seems like games are either in conflict with class or
something else. But anyway, it seems that I may actually be able to
make it to a game next week (and there was much rejoicing). It seems
the lucky venue is going to be Pandemonium Games due to the fact that
its easiest for me to access. So I guess my question is, hows the clix
scene at Pandemonium? I only play theme teams and at my home venue
that is also generally the trend. So if anyone has any info on
Pandemonium feel free to share or PM me on HCRealms (my handle is
Jawapimp).

Thanks,
B. Roy
