hi All,
April events are now in the calendar and the Outlook files are
available for download for your outlook calendars. Sorry, for the
delay in updating these ones.
Larry
hi Guys,
I updated the calendar with May events. Also uploaded csv files that
can be imported into Outlook Calendars (or other calendars I assume).
Are these useful? HorrorClix game tonite at Magic, maybe I'll see some
of you.
happy clicking!

hi all,
Glenn said that we will be running the Galactus event at Magic
Dragon. If you haven't already contacted Glenn to tell him you plan on
playing in the event, please, do so. his email is

product/heralds for the events.

Hi,
I'm having a regular Sunday gaming day at my house in Somerville, MA.
I'm looking to add Hero Clicks.
Please e-mail me at rasnickm@... for those who are interested.
Thanks,

hi guys,
I was thinking of running the CoG events at Magic Dragon on Fridays.
If this doesn't work for many of you let me know. I was hoping since I
have run games before on Fridays that that would be an ok day. Keep in
mind that we can only run Thurs - Sun. I felt Friday would interfer
the least with weekend plans. Let me know if this is acceptable or a
bad idea. :-/ if you don't like Friday nites, please, suggest an
alternative, I'll have to go with the magority if a different time is
requested.

hi All,
June events are entered in the calendar section. I also upload csv
files for anyone who uses them in their Outlook calendars. is anyone
using them? Also I will update Friday's Magic Dragon game tomorrow
afternoon. And please, take a minute to answer two polls about the CoG
events coming up at Magic Dragon and Hobby Bunker. Two of the guys at
the store can't make Friday nite so I put up an option of Sunday
evening instead. if you were going to Magic Dragon for the CoG event
please, pick whichever time works best for you and I'll schedule it
based on the majority. There's also one for Hobby Bunker. Please, take
a moment to answer these polls.
thanks.
Larry
hi all,
well, not much input on my polls so I'm going with Friday nite at
Magic Dragon and Thursday nites at Hobby Bunker since those were my
normal nights for events at those venues. Hope, some of you can make
it to some of those games, I realize it's costly to try to play in too
many of the events and with the number of venues in our area running
the events, players will have to chose where to play. I do ask that if
you are playing at one of my venues that you sign up for the event. If
we have more players than heralds I will have to give the heralds out
to players who signed up ahead of time.
just a note on week 5 -- when I was signing up for week five it let
me sign up both venues at different times. i may have to change them
to 12 noon but for now I have them at different times. I'll leave a
note here as an update in July when we know more of what's going on.
happy clicking,
Larry
hi All,
July events are up in the Calendar. I've also updated the csv files
for those who may be updating their Outlook calendars with them. I've
also uploaded an Avengers Checklist in the files section. It's a one
pager.

Hi Seth,
if its what i'm thinking of, those are the 'flight' bases used from
Mage Knight game when it was still an active game. You could either
pick up a cheap MK booster to attain one, make sure its from the later
sets (Dark Riders, Socery, Nexus, and Omens) feel the booster for the
flight stand - you can tell if there's one in it. These boosters, if
found, are going cheap since the game is dead or ask William if he has
an extra, I could get you one too.
Larry
hi Guys,
September's games are in the calendar, and the corresponding csv
Outlook files are in the file section. One thing to note that Hobby
Bunker currently lists two Week 1 and Week 2 events, this a Wizkids
clitch which should be fixed soon (I hope). Also, as far as I know
there are no NGN figs for the Look Up in the Sky! demos. I don't think
they are sending anything other than rings and sign up forms. William
will correct me if I'm wrong (as we all know) :P. Well, that's it,
sorry I didn't post August games but you all knew about them anyways.

hi Guys,
updated the october calendar. I'll be running Hobby Bunker's Starro
Final event on Sunday Oct. 21st so that people can attend William's and
mine. :) I kept Magic Dragon at its original time just moved it up a
half hour to 3:30 to give a little more time to get there from Complete
Strategist. Calendar files are in the Files section if anyone's
interested.
Click on,
Larry :-D
hi All,
I uploaded links to the Calendar site where I enter in all the games
for Magic Dragon and Hobby Bunker. Instead of updating the calendar
here I'm just going to be lazy and include links to those sites in the
links section. I also added a link to Ray's gaming blog about the
games at the various venues.
I also added to cvs files for anyone who wants to update their
Outlook calender with this months games. I'm also adding a pdf file of
a check list I put together for Crisis that includes the Anti-
Monitor's Action Packs.

In every sense of the word, I bought some clix awhile back but no one
was around to play in my area. Now a few years have passed, driving,
working, all the hum drum stuff that allows one to connect with others
in an attempt at a good friendly game! Hell I don't even know how to
play anymore, so it'll take a bit of time before I really jump in, but
I supply my own, I know how making a team works via points and such,
but beyond that please! Offer help! I'm askin' as an open request! I
ran into some folks that took a game far too seriously and weren't to
fond of new folks, they were far happier beating the same two people
back and forth to open up there options to meeting others, thus
another's lost to a lonely basement! C'est la vie! But besides that,
toss me a line. {And ignore the damned SN I made it when I was 14 sue me.}
I live in a place called Canton, and no I won't be offended if you've
never heard of it, in fact you're better off.
hi Harris,
welcome back to clix! :) please, feel free to stop by sometime at
some of our games and join our group. Many of us play at most of the
local Boston venues. I am a judge at Magic Dragon in Arlington and
at Hobby Bunker in Malden. William Mui runs games at Pandemonium in
Central Sq Cambridge and at Compleat Strategist in Boston on Mass
Ave. In the links section there are links to the Hobbby Bunker and
Magic Dragon game calendars. Also, you might want to check out Ray's
Heroclix Blog to give you a feel for the teams/game play. We're a
pretty relaxed group and most players play a theme team of some sort
and we play mostly for fun. There are links to all the venues user
pages on Wizkids site as well so you can sign up for games there and
see the schedules for all the venues. Feel free to contact me or
William if you have any questions or post here.
Larry :)

hi Harris,
sorry for the delayed response. The places we play are Hobby
Bunker in Malden, Magic Dragon in Arlington, Pandemomium Games in
Cambridge (Central Sq), and Compleat Strategist in Boston on Mass
Ave. There may be a game tonite at Hobby Bunker, there is
definitely one tomorrow nite at Magic Dragon - that one will ba a
500pt game and we'll be using Crisis Event Dials. The best thing to
do is use the links section of this site and click on the link to the
store you want to play at and check the schedule there. Typically,
Magic Dragon is on Friday nites, Pandemonium on Tuesdays, Hobby
Bunker either Thurs nites or Saturdays during the day, and Compleat
Strategist is also on Friday nites. Best to check the Wizkids site
to verify the game schedule since in the summer WK isn't running as
many games as usual. There are links to the various venues on the
link page that will bring you to their WK id on Wizkidsgames.com.
hope that helped.

If you aren't doing anything then please drop by the Back Bay Hilton
at 40 Dalton St. in Boston, MA (directly across the street from the
Boston Sheraton) for a surprise convention.
I won't get into the details of why but this is a hastily put-together
hybird convention featuring video, vendors, actors, actresses,
discussion panels, and games.
Hours are 3 - 10pm on Friday, 10am - 6pm on Saturday, and noon - 6pm
on Sunday.
It's free to get in. Repeat, there is no cost to get into the
convention (donations are being accepted if you wish to donate but they
are not required).
There are no scheduled games (relaxicon type atmosphere) and there
isn't a lot of space for games, but come on down and play as I'll have
my library of games there.
hi all,
I made some changes to the yahoo group to cut out all those stupid myfriends,
sexy girl, and whatever ads that have been popping up. Now only members can
leave a message. And all members have to be approved by me. >:( so myfriends.
com will never be a member this group and able to post their stupid ad messages.
This will cut down on all those annoying messages. I figure I would clean up
the yahoo group in anticipation of things starting up again. Maybe we can use
this group's calendar to start planning weekly or biweekly games.
also, I think I mentioned before but Hobby Bunker will give discounts on the old
HC products if anyone is interested in doing a sealed game there sometime. :)
