We don't have the reservation on the room for next week for Games@Six, so I'm
trying to figure out whether to move to a different night (say Tuesday or
Thursday or
both??) or to move to the smaller room around the corner.  I might also just
delay our
games for an hour if the people using the room will be out early... Basically,
I'm
looking into things, but be on the look-out for another message regarding our
plan
for next week.

Also, someone left a coat in the room last night.  Was it you?  If so, let me

Hi, everyone.

Special notes about Games@Six:

We're on for games tomorrow night (the 15) as usual, in the usual
place and at the usual time.

The week after that, however (which would be Wednesday the 22nd) we
don't have the room... (it's one of those instances where the
department has priority over my reservation)...

As it turns out, I also have a commitment to be somewhere else a
couple of times during the night, so my inclination is to either
take a week off and cancel Games@Six until the 29th.  OR to suggest
that you guys still plan to have Games Night, but at an alternate
location such as a coffee shop, store, or someone's house.  I'd
suggest Crossroads, but they close at 10pm now (yet another hour
earlier than they used to)...

Feel free to respond to the mailing list with suggestions (some
messages may require "approval" first, but I'll be fairly quick with
it), or to talk about it tomorrow night.

Just wanted to let everyone know (a head's up) that games tonight will only run

sometime between 10 and 11, unless another person from the IT department
Faculty/
Staff can stay later.

I will be there at 6pm to kick things off but will only stay (at most) about an
hour and
1/2... after that Sean has said he'd stay until the time mentioned above.

I'll leave my games behind when I leave, and someone can keep them in their
office
(or put them in mine) when the night it through (I can leave my key with someone

necessary).
