Okay, just a quick update. The other conference room is also booked. We'll
probably be
moving to a classroom that has tables and chairs. There are several really good
ones, we
just need to find one that isn't occupied with a class... very few classes start
after 6pm, so
we don't have much of a risk of picking an empty one and then suddenly being
interrupted, but the difficulty is letting everyone one know where to find us...
Nevertheless, I'm trying to find out whether or not certain rooms are occupied
with classes
or not... I'm not sure if I'll get a response on the matter until tomorrow. So,
be on the
lookout for signs that tell you where to go to find us tomorrow.
