A very heavy verdict in my opinion.
Would it be possible he enters non-blindfolding events earlier than
march 2010?
Is there any depedency between retruning the price money and re-
entering competitions in 2010?
Did any competitor on any price-money-event ever signed a statement
for resepcting the WCA-rules?
Would this be a could idea for the future?
