Hi,
Glad to hear the campaign is going well.
No, a Velite cannot thrust, jab , etc if he has no javelins left as he is
unarmed. The only options he has is to kick or run :-)
thanks
Mike

Hi Guys,
last friday we started a 6 player MTS campaign. We played our first minor
festival and we had a great time.
One question popped up during the fight of a Velite Vs. Hoplomachus.
After the velite has thrown his two javelins and before he has reclaimed
them...is he restricted in the attacks he can choose to make ? May he perform
thrusts, jabs, cuts,... before he reclaimed at least one of his javelins ?
I cannot find anything about this in the rulebook, except a note with the
description of the 'kick' move: the note says: "Perhaps okay for Velites that
have run out of javelins!"
Thank you,
Filip
I will be at Warfare in Reading (21/22nd), sharing a stand with Fighting15s as usual, in our normal spot.
I had hoped to have the Martian Empires Prussians released for the show but, unfortunately I've been quite ill for the last week or so (with gastro-enteritis), so am rather behind on preparations. Rather than rush things I've decided to delay the Prussians release until I can make the production moulds in a more relaxed timeframe.. I should have samples of the Prussians with me for those who want to have a look at them.
Also, the new Napoleonic ruleset Lasalle from Sam Mustafa is being posted out this week from the USA and (fingers crossed) I MAY have copies in time for Warfare.
As always, if there is something you really want, please preorder at the start of next week to give me time to get it cast for you.
Hi Filip,
Don't think I've answered this, apologies.
We play that the character still gets the turn, but is stunned next turn,
rather than that they lose their go this time. The advantage of winning
initiative is that you can convert your move having seen the other players
move.
thanks
Mike
