A player can make an accussation at any time. If the accussation is
incorrect, that player can no longer win.
In the boardgame, the eliminated player will continue to ask and be asked
about investigation cards.
In the online version, this is optional. If the "Active Players Only?"
option is enabled, eliminated players will no longer conduct
investigations. If they are the subject of an investigation, a random
player will take the next turn.

In the boardgame version, you can only use a 0-chip cards that are in front
of other players.
In the online version, it depends on whether the "Restricted Specials?"
option is set. If it is, behaviour is identical to the boardgame version --
you can only use 0-chip cards in front of other players. If the option is
not set, you can use 0-chip cards in front of any player, including yourself.

Correct.
