| Notes: | Game night has been moved to the FIRST Friday of the month, but only for March and April. We'll resume with the 2nd Fridays starting in May. Anyway, see our website for directions (www.berksboardgamers.com or www.sbumc.com). This Friday, March 7th, we'll be meeting at 7pm and playing until...at least 11pm. I have a standing request to teach HeroClix (not HeroScape!) and I'll be teaching it (and playing it) pretty much all night. I'll be bring other games as usual so there will be plenty on-hand to play. So even if you're not a HeroClix fan, come on out and play something else. What is HeroClix? It's a Superhero game based on the WizKids clix system (see www.wizkidsgames.com). It includes heroes and villians from Marvel, DC, and some independent comics (such as Batman, Wolverine, Superman, Fantastic Four, Spiderman, X-Men, etc). I have hundreds of characters so the only limit to how many people can play is the number of maps I have...and I have a lot of them too. So if you want to learn/play/watch, please join us, it's a lot of fun and the best superhero game that I know of. I hope see you this Friday! -Jim Carvin | |
