BANG! is the Bay Area Night Game. Members of this list participate in team-based night games in the Bay area involving puzzle-solving and navigating in parks and urban areas.
Each race consists of clues and locations-
teams solve and navigate until they complete a set course. There are no rules here or printed anywhere- it's up to
the race organizers to decide how each
night game will work.
The winning team from each race will be asked to host the next race.
You don't have to win a race to organize a race- just email the
BANG! group owner, David Alyea, and you can put on
your own event any time! The sky's the limit- for instance, a very fun GPS-only game was held in March 2003.
Other information: a nominal team
donation may be asked to cover costs; there are
generally no prizes; team size can
be from 1 to 10; you won't
need internet access; there is no
arguing with race organizers, because
BANG! events are just for fun.
