It would have been simpler to host it elsewhere and post a link to it. Heck, I could lend 100 MB of space for it no problem, as to remove all the files in

Well folks, it only took me 4 attempts and about 4hrs, but we now have it. LackeyCCG with the BT:CCG plugin for everyones pleasure. I had to remove every file
