Unless one is using event cards to resolve seige, then how can 2 nobles die in a single seige? If one reads the casulties from a card then isn't only one name...

I have gone with Roy's first response, which after consulting the 1st Edition manual, states that all sieges are successfull and the names nobles are removed....
