Important dates to remember are:
* PEL DEADLINE: Friday DEC 12, 2008.

PEL Events receipt closes Midnight. [Sorry but the book mailing must
get out.] GM's must submit their events by then to receive free and
automatic Cold Wars 2009 pre-registration.

** ON-SITE PROGRAM DEADLINE: Friday JAN 23, 2009

On Site Program Book events receipt closes at Midnight. Events
submitted after that date and before Feb. 28, 2009 can only be listed
on the "Addendum Insert."

*** EVENT DESCRIPTION SIZE:

GM "Event Descriptions" are limited to a maximum of 100 words. [An MS
Word spell check can count words for you.] Descriptions longer than
100 words will have to be revised [as time permits] or truncated by
convention/event managers to fit the 100 word max limit.

**** EVENT SPACE NOTE:

Extremely Large Games (ie. games played on the floor etc.) are limited
to Sunday morning times and maybe Thursday evening.)
