Hi Fredrik.
I never did a back to back with 13 V to 15 B..Totally
different kites but..hmmm... The 15 B pivoted well on the tip but
was not quick through the window like the 13 V. I compared the 13 G
with the 15 B back then and thought I got a little bit out of the 15
B over the 13 G in bottom end grunt. Better top end out of the 13 G
of course. So that would still leave the 13 v under the 15 B for
power. You can work the snot out of the 13 V though so you could
make most of it up.
Will have to do a back to back with them to see.

A couple of more things to consider: - When the wind is up, you'll never have an issue with internal pressure in the kite and it will always remain properly...
