I just posted an initial impression on the V13. I am not an expert kiter, so
wait for Traig's feedback (I'm sure he will give it) but I think it's hard for
me to imagine having a two kite quiver if one of them is the G1 10m. I have
used that kite and was under-powered when it was blowing 22-24 mph average. It
is truly a high wind kite. Traig told me he thought there was a gap between the
V13 and the G1 10. So you have to imagine there is a somewhat bigger gap with
the V16 and the G1 10.
That said, I think a good lighter rider on a fast board could work the V13 well
enough to ride in 14 knots. It's a great kite.
If you don't have many low-wind (10-14 knots) days, I'd get the V13. If you get
more low-wind days than high wind days, I'd get the V16.
Hope this helps.

Same question, I'm wondering whether to get V13 or V16 as a low wind
kite (already have G1 10m). But i weight only 55kg... Just afraid
that there would be gap for me between V16 and G1 10. Have a small
board though (Naish 122TT pro) but I'm not too good rider and quite a
wimp in higher winds
