Already got a few character concepts in mind, and I have the HU
Player Character Guide, and the PU2 manual.
But I've also got some questions concering the character...

Do we make a character on paper and then send it to the GM?

[Best bet is to simply type it up & either Email it to me, or Post it
in the group]; If you check the FILES Section, there, you'll see how
others have done it...

How are rolls made?

[I don't use rolls for the Players/PCs - allowing a more FreeForm
type of flow]; I DO roll for the NPCs; But, take a quick read through
recent Posts and you'll see how it's handled-nice & easy...

What are the limitations on characters?

[I don't believe in limiting Players/Characters, really]; All I ask
is that you use material that I either have(which is quite a bit), or
can get the details of from some other source, incl. the Player,
themselves(I have the books you listed, so those are fine)...
