Old Business:
Park Status:
IC Is in violation of their EH contract, and the BOD has initiated the
process of removing their EH contract.
Still pending.

CA will be officially notified that they need to abide by certain
requirements or they will be in danger of losing their EH contract.
Official notice still pending because officers for the park are
unknown or nonexistent.

Shire of the West has not been sent a contract. Need contact information.

Authorizing Bank Signators:
Kala Schmitto reports that correct signators have been authorized.
Discussed difficulty involved in changing signators / statement
address every three months. Populace suggested using registered
agent's address as the business address.

New Business:
Legal analysis of corpora and BOD bylaws by Caroline Akers:
Aaron Simpson reported that Caroline Akers' report is ready. The
report must be presented to the B.O.D. Scheduled presentation for
next B.O.D. meeting.

John Elder:
Motion to recognize that John Elder's opinion does not count.
Seconded. Tabled.

B.O.D. Forum:
New Emerald Hills forums have a B.O.D. forum. Should it be a general
access forum, B.O.D. and special guests, a B.O.D.-only forum, or
nothing at all? It is not possible to remove John Elder or Aaron
Simpson's access to the B.O.D. forum. B.O.D. forum can be used for
static announcements, but announcements can be in the main forum. The
B.O.D. forum will be deleted, because it serves no useful purpose.
