the rulebook says:
Combat bonus given to infantry units in the level 10 - heavy fortress is %117 but when i get the battle reports i realized that it was just %58-%63. why?

But the hit point bonuses for level 10 - heavy fortress are correct (2.9) acc to AoC rulebook ! ? ! strange

Are the Medieval Diplomacy 2 rulebook and fortification bonuses in use for combat bonus ?
