As for colors...they will tend to fade over time, sometimes dye lots
will vary, etc...
It also depends on what scale of figures you will be using. One of
the plastic model sites has a chart showing how much lighter than the
actual color you should use depending on scale. For 10mm (the
smallest on their chart) they recommend adding 30% white to the
correct color.
