This list is for the use of Miniature Wargamers wishing to recreate battles of the American Civil War. It can be used as a forum for passing along tactical tips, hints, and other information concerning Miniature Companies and Rules etc. As new moderator I see things a little bit differently as regards ACW PC and counter games, but will stress that this list is primarily for the use of Miniature Wargamers, so keep other genres to a minimum with emphasis on their use as research platforms in support of Miniature Wargaming.
