Yes it dose!
I ordered my copy direct from EE before it was released, and got it days
after they received them from the printer. Was it any good? Nah!!! It looked
slaped together, bad images, poor art work, and mine had a big blob of wax
in the back pages. I would call EE directly on the phone. I only did my
ordering over the phone with them.

I hope who ever takes over the Warzone line dose a better job, as I will buy
any rules they release in hope of keeping this game alive.
