I'll bet it is a pretty good ruleset considering the publisher, but it is just an expansion on the Disposable Heroes rules, and you need their SOCWAD expansion...

The three books could be worth it since it will let you play both Vietnam and WWII. I guess it all depends on how well they are written. I stopped by my FLGS...
