Hey Charlotte VTES players! I was just checking the newsgroup and saw
a post by one of your members, and was surprised to learn the
Charlotte group was alive and well. I'm the Prince of Durham, just a
few hours up the road. Our group has waxed and waned over the past
couple of years. Currently we're at about 5 regulars with a few more
people who play occasionally. I'd really love to hold a tournament,
but with these numbers there's not much point. So, this is an open
question: would you guys be interested in having a tournament? I
think if we could get 10 players committed, it would be worth it to go
ahead and schedule one. And if the tournament idea is just too much
planning, just getting together some weekend for pickup games with
some fresh blood would be good as well.

Look forward to hearing back,

David Cherryholmes
