This is about the Multiplayer-PBEM-PC-game "VGA Planets" by Tim Wisseman, also
known as VGAP4DOS (3.o), VGAP4WiN (WiNPLAN 3.5) or Planets4 (4.o).

Telek0ma has been supporting VGAP since 1993, first in a small circle, hosting
only games for friends, later over our BBS, with discussion boards even on a
C64! Now we are back again because we had reason to do so: It's yet a better
game and there is yet a lot of work to do, esp. on the DOCs and bugs.

This is *not* supposed to be one more "dead" list in the range of thousands.
Instead by its own nature it is basically a meeting-point of those who do not
want to spend that much time in reading all the English and German newsgroups
beneath alt.games. and so forth.

WE make it easier for you - we offer you a monthly DIGEST of all the mailing-
lists and newsgroups and what's going on about VGAPlanets.

Topics are ALL versions of Planets, and especially how to run it under Linux
and/or Wine environment and discussion of the bugs and features of V4.
