OK it appears that flight has never been used by any one.

So first a little background and then I invite your comments.

About 10-15% of the race can fly (no wings, think of how Superman flies), Glide
or "Skim" (if you watched Disney's _The Incredibles_ the boy Dash is an example
of this).

Possible benefits for this +1 trait
1=raise the "D" dice of ground forces by one to reflect the extra and possibly
unpredictable movement some people in the race are capable of

2=as above, but only infantry gain the additional die face

3=If Special Forces are used the gain an additional +1 Intel point (total of 2)
from the extra mobility
