Yes we've found this to be absolutely true. Upgrading your locomotive
early hurts your pocket early on but down the stretch it can payout big
time. The locomotive upgrade quickly becomes very valuable and skipping a
good delivery to upgrade becomes more and more expensive. Upgrade early
and often!
