| Notes: | Magic the Gathering is one of the largest collectible card games in the world! It is played WorldWide, and the Internationl Grand Championship tournaments are even televised on ESPN2! Recently the cards have been rebalanced to make longer games possible so that players can pull out larger and more interesting creatures. Friday Night Magic events may only be Standard Constructed, Sealed Deck or Booster Draft. Stores may also choose to run one Two-Headed Giant tournament (Standard or Sealed) each month. (Contact the store near you to see what formats are offered.) Keeping these formats makes it easier for new players to participate, and you only have to remember three things: Pack your Standard deck; remember where the tournament is happening, and what time it starts. | |
