As of this point I am officially retired. My objects will remain up as long as yahoo lets them.

My bases can be freely used and distributed as long as they are not used for a pay site, support site, donation set, or any other term used which denotes money being required before the object can be used. If my base is used I would prefer to have a link back to this yahoo group because I like seeing my bases in the sims community. As always if there are any questions anyone can feel free to contact me.

Please do not repost my original bases without my permission and please ask before modifying and redistributing them (by this I mean changing the coding inside the file, not simply changing the sprites). I doubt I will have any issues with further modifications, I just want to know about it beforehand.

If you want to share one of my objects that is not currently available in the group, there is probably a reason it is not being distributed so please check with me first.
