If you - or any other young ship - are having trouble finding a particular
type of module, you can always mail me off-list. I can either put it into the
production list or, if sufficient modules are already in the shops, browse
the presidential reports for suitable systems which stock the module.

Andy, during all the time I have been president I almost never had any young
ships contacting me. I have to admit that I haven't read your guide in a long
time, but if it's not already in there you should perhaps include that
contacting the president might be helpful if you've just started and are
looking for information?
