Jason,
Either image format will work. For your images, the flag should
be typed in as one of the following:
#507_flag1.JPG
#507_ship_photo.jpg
#507_waves.jpg
Note that the waves.jpg may be blocked automatically due to its
size. Images that large also may annoy other players in your
system if it slows down the load-time of their turn reports.
You might try reducing the image by 30% or so to be more
"friendly".
