We're not just hunting anymore, we're at war....

The name's Winchester. John Winchester. In the last year, I've sacrificed my soul to save one of my sons, then clawed my way out of the depths of Hell to help stop the demon who tore my family apart from bringing more evil into this world. From this point on, you can forget everything else you thought you knew, because that's where the story begins again...
None of us are really dead. Pastor Jim, Caleb, Elkins...And some hunters I can't even name. Hell couldn't hold us, and Heaven didn't want us...Not yet anyway. We still have a job to do. We're part of the bigger picture, another mission, if you will. We're here to make sure that every single entity that crawled out of that Devil's Gate, along with everything else that still lingers in the darkness, is sent back where it belongs. We're the advisors, the allies,the helpers. We live what's left of our lives in the shadows, in secret, hidden from those we knew, loved. We leave signs, we keep watch, and in moments of total distress, we step in and lend a hand.
We keep in contact, but for safety,remain in separate areas. I keep myself isolated at the home of an old friend, keeping tabs on my boys, watching for the signs, keeping a little hope that I may get to meet up with them again before its all over.
Hunters come, hunters go, some friends, some enemies, but in the end, we're all out for the same thing...To win this war.
