Forgive the necro posting, but I'm really hoping that some of these
things can be rolled into an errata.

Prayer does in fact effect any success roll, not just Strikes. Also
Acrobatic Evasion doesn't involve a roll. A warrior's turn consists
only of its active portion of its controller's turn. So a warrior's
standard turn is an option to move and an option to strike. If you
forgo all action with that warrior to "pray", no one can interrupt you
once your warrior's turn is over.
