A few questions came up yesterday while playing involving the water
jet power.

If I fire a water jet through a square of smoke (from smoke bombs)
there is a chance of missing. If there are 2 warriors on the other
side of the smoke do I make 1 to hit roll or 2 to hit rolls? Also if
one of the two targets has stunning beauty and I fail the roll to get
past stunning beauty do I still get to make an attack roll against the
other one?

If I fire a water jet at a character with the armor gadget and they
succede the roll with armor to negate the damage do they still get
knocked back? I know that if they had rubber body they wouldn't get
knocked back because that gives immunity to hard strikes, but armor is
worded differently.
