That's a good house rule for soloing if you are drawing 1-2 new cards
per turn. I wouldn't use it if playing the standard rules. One of the
challenges of C&C games is proper management of command cards; for
example saving cards for a sector until you can put together an
offensive lasting a few turns. A player that sticks a unit in harm's
way without planning how to support it and command it deserves to get
it hammered without being able to respond. The house rule could let a
player escape from poor planning.
