I hate seeing another game store biting the dust and appreciate David's
attempt at the business. I think if I had the financial backing and the
courage to try something like that the place would be more of a coffee shop with
tables for games that can accommodate some food service. There would also
be some small lounge area with a TV showing sporting events. David
maintained a nice looking store that had a strong game library that
unfortunately occasionally was abused.

Anyway I do thank David for his hosting of games and good will.

Hello Friends!

The time has come for me to move on. (Dramatic flourish)

Some of you know that we have been looking to change our business strategy
lately, but I think the writing has been on the wall for a while. Some
big changes were necessary and I just don't think that I'm the one to make
them happen. (Exhausted sigh)

I have enjoyed my time in the business but I've decided that I'd rather be

We will be closing as of July 2nd. We may reopen temporarily after July
19th if we have some stuff left, but we will be completely closed during

Everything is 10% off as of today as the "Good Stuff" gets claimed and the
discounts will deepen as we go along. (Greedy twinkle)

Next Saturday will be our final SoCalGamers meeting. I hope to get a few
games in then. (Big smile)
