You can check our forum. I have a page that tells you a little bit about Open for Business. You can check the link here. The whole section is on how to be an Entrepreneur and how to run a business, but pay attention to the sections under "Objects" and "Stock", they give you a basic runthrough of how to stock and set items up for sale.
