The messages below were posted on the group today. No one is to give out any info on serial numbers. Those of us that have been members of the community long enough know that this is illegal according to the rules set forth by the people at EA! If anyone needs to retrieve a lost serial number they are to contact EA tech support here . Anyone caught giving out their serial numbers will be reported and banned from the group.
Thank you Jlioto (Jennifer) for the message you posted in response to this!

Re: [Simanitarium2] HELP!!!
If you had registered your games, you would be able to get the registration codes then. That is one of the many reasons you should desire and need to register them. As far as I know, there is no other way to retrive the codes. I know on Sims 1 EA would not help you if you didn't register them.
Someone else's codes won't help, they need to be the codes that go with your games.

I'm a 44 year old male with four sons. My computer was recently the
victem of a nearby lightning strike, so I had to buy a new one. No
problem. THE problem is that at least one of my kids has thrown away
the booklets that includes the log on codes for my Sims 2 and new Sims
life stories games.
Here's why I'm here: I'm not interested in registering on line. I
just want to play my games. Do you, or anyone out there, have
registration codes you are willing to part with so I can play my
games? I just want to play it by myself and have no need, desire or
reason to register the games online, because I wouldn't know what to
do anyway.
Can you please help me out? Thank you.
