Yes, this is a very mighty, mighty list. We need everyone getting your departments switched to the new Fed/DFA integration. We need our XO and other DFA officers put into position so that we can get moving on our next serious plot... more information will be forthcoming very shortly.Andi

Storyline
The three main plots going on are the continuation of the Federation/DFA negotiations, the Rock's move towards becoming a prison (should the prisoners be worried at the sudden recruitment of doctors and scientists that the Marines have been doing after this was announced?) and with new characters arriving and getting their assignments.
We're getting our groove back with 136 posts for June. The influx of new players and characters as well as those just visiting has helped greatly here. Also, people seem more willing to get involved in sub-plots than they were over the past few months, so the player initiative is moving things along.

Other Duty Stations' Synopses
Hope One
The crew of Sentinel Station tries to continue their normal activities while power remains out station-wide after a virus attacks the main computer. Effectively blind, the station personnel have no idea that a battle is raging outside. Three Kharian ships have attacked a Lacosian vessel blocking entrance to the sphere. The battle ends with the destruction of all three Kharian vessels, creating a shockwave that spreads throughout the sphere.
As the wave creates panic among the Johvani populace, Sentinel Station's efforts to restore power gain a new importance. Calling on the expertise of a prisoner apprehended for hacking Sentinel's computer, the station manages to purge the virus and raise shields only seconds before the wave hits. With main power restored, efforts to regain control of the sphere door and locate the source of the attack begin. With a Kharian fleet still outside the sphere, will the Federation be able to stop this war before more lives are claimed?
Next Plot:
Things are being set into motion for the next plot with the arrival of Lt. Commander Turik and Quincy Traswell aboard the USS Hunter, and the imminent arrival of Federation Ambassador Khellan du Lac and Mr. and Mrs. Cameron West. What is bringing these disconnected people to Hope One simultaneously, and what news does one of them hold?
Seiklon Axel
The Seiklon Axe and her crew have begun their mission in earnest. Aboard the Axel the crew is recording telemetry from a geological probe planted by one of the away teams. On the surface Ramsey Dom Insa, Siridon Corporate Rep and D'eVo D'ktahg have had their meeting with the Padari violently interrupted. The Remans have attacked the village as they continue to conscript new workers for their mines at the business end of a disruptor. Ashaa Village is in ruins; its people decimated.
In orbit, the Reman fleet of Warbirds and assorted vessels has been discovered by Roquel Atrell & Thedaius Cha'DeMara while on a shakedown cruise of the shuttlecraft Zephyr. While outside the system, scout fighters from the S.A.S. Deliverance have had their first run in with the Reman's Scorpion Class attack fighters.
Each of these occurrences has led to the point where the Axel is facing imminent threat of discovery and attack by the Warbirds hiding on the far side of Padar. Protecting company interests to get the fat paycheck may just not be worth it, this time.
Cromwell
The DFA Cromwell is out to save a world. The Planet Faleron. Faleron is scheduled to be struck by the debris of another planet in it's system that broke apart. But the crew is learning that you have to "want to" be saved. During Most of the Month the Crew has divided into two sets of posting groups.
The group on the surface is enjoying what amounts to an - End of the World Party - courtesy of Faleron's Assassin's Guild. For the assassins, saving people is somewhat counter to their culture. They'd much rather dance in the ashes of the planet's destruction and are nearly ready to hand out those final party favors.
On the ship We have a Religious leader and a Politician, who haven't sworn to not-talk-about religion amd politics. That's also going swimmingly well as you can imagine!
Will the differing philosophies of a strange culture doom the natives more surely than the fall of extinction category strikes of rock from the sky? While the Alliance Officers are determined to save as many of these people as they can,... regardless of themselves. So far we've managed to rescue two bickering natives of Faleron and impact is in less than a day.
We're here to love the unlovable, and they're so good at being just that!
Horizon
The USS Endeavor crew continues to attempt to find a way to return the USS Aurora safely back through the rift to its own time. An initial plan was to send an away team over to the historical vessel, disguised as part of the crew, in order to assess the damage and render what assistance was possible. The plan took a tragic turn when the security officer accompanying the group was killed, as most "red shirts" often do, after falling from a high structural support beam in Engineering. That accident drew the attention of the crew, and notably the ship's commanding officer, Captain Horatio Sin. The Endeavor's team were arrested, but Captain Jackson had his team beamed back up to the ship, along with Captain Sin. After discussing the volatile nature of the situation with Captain Sin, who has retreated to guest quarters aboard the Endeavor to think things over, Jackson ordered Dr. Flanagan to wake Dr. Calhoun from the coma he was in after being injured when the Endeavor was caught in the wake of the forming rift. Jackson reluctantly admits that Dr. Calhoun is the best chance of returning the Aurora safely through the spacial rift.
In the mirror universe, Admiral Robinson has formed up with the mirror version of Neal Thorp, his Chief Engineer on Horizon. Together, the two mount an effective escape from their cells and manage to disable Engineering with the plan of starting a riot for the captive slaves aboard the station. Along the way, they run into a mirror version of Thomas Garrett, a slave who managed to free himself years ago and has kept himself alive on the station. The man is mentally unstable, though, and initiates the station's self destruct program while also destroying the comm system that was going to be used to initiate the riot. Thorp shoots Garrett, and together with Robinson makes it to the Hangar Bay. Their escape plans are cut short, however, when Empress T'jat and her Royal Guard arrive. To make matters worse, mirror Thorp turns coat and informs Robinson that he has been helping the Empress the whole time. Now, with the station about to be destroyed and surrounded by the Empress' Royal Guard, how will Admiral Robinson survive?
Meanwhile, the USS Lexington has followed General Robinson's ship through the Gerosh Wormhole and is pulled into the mirror universe after being caught in the wake of the vessels manipulation of the worm hole. Severely damaged, the Lexington must undergo repairs. Commander t'Valdran orders a shuttle be equipped with stealth capability to follow the ion trail left by General Robinson's ship. Lt. Thorp prepares the shuttle, and soon t'Valdran and Ensign Jehan take the vessel to try and locate Admiral Robinson. Lt.JG Kolten Robinson is left in charge aboard the Lexington. Unfortunately, long range sensors have picked up a Regar fleet headed for their location...
On Horizon, The Tu'Ree virus has managed to lodge itself into the prosthetic arm of the new operations officer, Ensign Thomas Garrett. The Ensign begins hearing voices in his head, instructing him on what to do. Fearing capture, he eludes security and begins a very long ascent through the bowels of the station, headed for CNC. The question is, what are his intentions? Good? Or Bad?
