A game set in modern-day America and based around old deities and mythological figures, brought to the New World long ago in the minds of explorers or immigrants from their homelands and gradually abandoned. Without their worshippers they're left weakened, forced to eke out an existence in a modern-day America with little respect for the old ways and obsessed by the powerful New Gods of technology and popular culture.

Jaded Light: Dranas
Dranas is a world in turmoil. The Gods are nothing more than ancient legend. Years of war have plagued the land as man and beast have tried in vain to reconcile their abandonment. Somehow the people have survived, managing to cling to hope. Faith. Love. The light of goodness is still shining forth on blood-stained and tear-stricken lands. Dranas is a world of Jaded Light. One where man and beast attempt to live in harmony, yet are always teetering on the brink of destruction. Evil has reared its head once again. Royalty has gone missing. Fear has gripped the land. And now there are rumors of people trying to revive the long-dead Gods of the past.
