As I understand it, this is an easy game to learn because there is only one rule to begin with:

All rule changes must be agreed to by all players.

From this basis, the rules can be extended or amended.

Any rule changes will be recorded somewhere in the archives. Take a look at 'The Rules Thus Far'. It's a text file, so as far as I know it should be virus-safe.
