Titans created the world of Scarn and many of the creatures upon it, but they cared little for their creations and would wreak havok in the world with no concern for the mortals they killed or the land they destroyed. Denev, the titan of nature and the children of the titans, the gods, allied together to destroy the other titans and stop their mindless destruction. That was 150 years ago and the effects of the war can still be seen in the scarred lands of Scarn. 100 years ago a plague swept Scarn and many of those who survived it discovered newfound powers unlike those of magic, the power of psionics.
