In the high future of pokemon civilization, pokemon has never been so high-tech, with the poke-blocks, the new pokedex's, and all new pokeballs. The times have changed and many of the things you once could buy in a pokemart you cannot buy anymore. Resources have become low and such things as X-Special are barely found rare, however you can have such things put into your pokemon to strengthen it

However, that is not what this world has come to. The former Team Rocket, now stronger, and more intellegent now known as Team Apollo, have become interested in more than just rare pokemon and their power. They have become interested in ancient artifacts, and by finding them they have gained the knowledge that a rare pokemon may posess a form of their element inside of them, when touched, turned into a purified stone that sparkled and almost radiated the energy. When combined they are thought to be all powerful and will give you the power to control any and all pokemon, no matter what their level, or what their training, they will control them. A similar yet different goal.

However when a young trainer who'd been training half a year begins to hear rumors from town to town, he decides to leave his camping group for training and go out into the world to learn more. However he only has heard of secrets in pokemon, along with his goal of becoming a pokemon master, he hopes to become a professor of it after acheiving it.

Though continuously training, he believes the rumor he hears which is more of pokemon are said to have power genes in them, that are able to produce the former items known as X-Special, Iron, Protein, Calcium, Carbos, and the ability to share their experience Exp. Share, are inside of them by gene, it is thought that in the past the materials they classified as such were only to force it more out of them, it's said once a pokemon is trained a certain way the item will emerge internally or externally.
