The Mission: A sorceress name Jhulin has opened a rift in the fabric of the realms'dimension. These rifts open once every 30 days, the rift can pull in anyone, anything, yes and even anywhere. From any time place or dimension. The task for which Draven has hired heroes from all over the realms, is to locate and secure 7 artifacts, which when united in the proper place should put a permanent end to the rifts.
Each person is given an amulet to show they are a member of the quest team and a luck stone. (The luck stone can be used to redo an encounter gone bad or to get a perfect ID on a identify spell) The total pay out for the job is 50,000 gold pieces, which 10,000 is given up front. The money can be taken, in gold, gems, or a bank notes (redeemable at any major town.) Also the mages guild is always looking to pass on info to the quest team, with either word from Draven or word on rift openings.
Thus far there has shown to be one major alliance for Juhlin, that being a new breed of doppleganger who can reproduce a person right down to the alignment and magic items (They are exact clones)
The group have found one of the 7, that being "The ring of Truth". They are now on mission to find the next item, the sword "Holy Wrath".
