Hi Jim
Unfortunately there does not appear to be an existing forum or discussion group,
so it looks like I will have to start one off.
I have never run a forum before, but I have a very helpful contact who has
offered to set it up for me. However I do have a clear idea what I want to
achieve.
The aim will be a forum to exchange information about what works and what does
not. A place where you can display your campaign and perhaps inspire others to
follow and achieve something they might not have been able to take on. A place
where we can all gain by sharing our experiences of campaigning.
My own campaign is simple and designed to provide quick wargames. It is
designed to use my armies, my scenery and my table size. Hoever I have had
response from others who prefer complicated and historically correct campaigns.
There will be room for all. I am sure that there are as many types of
campaigns as there are people who play them.
I hope to have further information soon.
regards
Paul

have participated in many campaigns over the years. Last summer I began
re-basing my 1970's vintage 25mm Scruby Napoleonic armies for AoE (about 3000
figures); I loved ACW F&F, having played it a lot in the '90's. I use standard
AoE base sizes, with 2 25mm infantry per infantry base, and 1 cavalry figure per
cavalry base.

strong, having lots of fun with it.
