"If you go down to the woods today" -- free demo scenario   Message List

Comrades!

Newt Newport, one of the key playtesters for Mythic Russia and a
stalwart of the game at various conventions, has made one of his demo
scenarios available on the Masters of Luck and Death website. He
bills it as:

"You are travelling through the dark forest and you come across a
peasant village where all the children have gone missing? Who is
responsible and where are the children?

"A very simple 1-2 hour demo game, with six characters provided. This
is a chance to try the new Mythic Russia game. Just jump in and play!"

He should also add that it is an excellent, versatile and flexible
introduction, which also runs very well as a 'one night wonder' for
an evening's play.

The scenario is available @

Early next year, expect some exciting news about Mythic Russia, but
in the mean time, as the holiday season is upon us, do remember the
Russian proverb "party Sunday, hangover Monday"...
