Comrades!
Lots more to report on Mythic Russia
WEBSITE UPDATE
The website now has another preview: this time a worked-through example
of character creation, the Novgorodian militia captain Oleg Birch-Tall,
his feckless friend Sasha, his tuneful horse and his yearnings to see
Tsar-Grad, that wonderful and distant city some call Constantinople...

DESIGNER'S BLOG
Thanks to Newt Newport, I now also have a blog, on which I can give
rather more discursive musings and updates on progress as well as ask
questions of the potential players. There's nothing much there yet, but
do visit from time to time:

PLAYTESTING
Speaking of playtesting, Newt will be running a couple of playtest
games and posting his own thoughts on the process on his own Mythic
Russia blog:

Also, Neil Smith will be running a playtest game at the thoroughly
excellent Tentacles convention, held next month in a splendid German
castle:

MOLNIYA MINIATURES
Can I give unsolicited plaudits to Molniya Miniatures, a small figure
manufacturers I can across by chance? They already produce some
wonderful 25-28mm Mongols of the Golden Horde, with Russians to follow
later this year, which I am looking forward to seeing:

RUSSIAN PROVERB OF THE MONTH
"What soberness conceals, drunkenness reveals."
All the best
